Questions
How do I make a price list for WhatsApp status?
Type your shop name and a heading, add each item with its price, and choose the Story size. Download the PNG and add it to your WhatsApp status like any photo. If the list is long it is split into several images, so post them one after the other.
Can I paste my prices from Google Sheets or Excel?
Yes. Copy two columns, item and price, and paste them into the paste box. Lines copied from WhatsApp, like Lawn suit - Rs 4,850, work too. With three columns the middle one is the size or variant, and with four columns the last one is the old price. A line with no price becomes a section heading such as Lawn or Pret.
Can I use it as a menu card for a restaurant or bakery?
Yes. The Menu design uses dot leaders from the item to the price, like a printed menu. Use sections for Starters, Mains and Drinks, and the A4 size to print it.
Can item names be in Urdu?
Yes. Urdu names are drawn in Nastaliq and an Urdu row is flipped, so the item sits on the right and the price on the left. English rows in the same list keep their own direction.
How are prices written?
Type 2450 and it becomes Rs 2,450. Bigger amounts get commas too, so 1250000 becomes Rs 1,250,000. Words are kept as you typed them, so From 1500, 1500 to 2000 and Call for price all work. The old price is shown struck through next to the new one.
What happens when I have too many items?
The text shrinks a little so everything fits on one image. If it would get too small to read, the list is split into balanced images marked 1/2, 2/2 and so on, each with your shop name on top. Nothing is cut off. You can download them all in one zip.
Are my prices and logo uploaded anywhere?
No. The image is drawn in your browser. Your shop name, phone, city, heading and logo are saved on your own device so you do not retype them next time. Clear your browser data to remove them. The fonts come from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google for them.
