Is there a free plan?
Yes. Lite is free forever. You get a full store with up to 10 products and 3 photos on each, cash on delivery and a free yourbrand.storelala.com address, with no time limit.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Every store starts on Lite, with no card or payment details. Core and Grow are coming soon, and once they open you move up from your admin.
What does Core add to Lite?
JazzCash, Easypaisa and card checkout, PostEx, Leopards, TCS booked from your admin, and WhatsApp updates and cart reminders for you and your buyer, and your own .pk or .com address. Core is Rs 2,000 a month, or Rs 1,000 a month billed yearly.
Can I change plans?
Core and Grow are coming soon. Once they open, move between Lite, Core and Grow, or between monthly and yearly, whenever your brand needs it. Your store, products and orders stay exactly as they are.
Can I cancel?
Any time. You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then your store carries on, free, on Lite.
Are there transaction fees?
No. Storelala takes 0% of your sales on every plan. A courier or a wallet like JazzCash or Easypaisa may charge its own fee, and that is between you and them.
Do I pay extra for my own .pk or .com address?
The address itself is bought from the company that sells it, at their price. Connecting it to your store comes with Core and Grow. Every plan, Lite included, has a free yourbrand.storelala.com address.
Why rupees and not dollars?
Because your sales are in rupees. You pay in rupees with no dollar card and no bank exchange fee on top.
Is it cheaper than Shopify?
Shopify Basic is US$25 a month, billed in dollars, before the apps a Pakistani store needs. Storelala Lite is free, and Core is Rs 2,000 a month, or Rs 1,000 a month billed yearly, in rupees. Cash on delivery is on every plan, and wallets and couriers come with Core.
