How do I make a product catalogue PDF?
Type your store name and a cover title, add your products with a photo and a price, choose how many products go on each page, and press Make my catalogue. Then download the PDF and send it on WhatsApp or post it from your phone.
Can I make a price list without photos?
Yes. Choose Price list, which puts one product on each row with a small photo, the name, the code and the price. Products can be added without a photo and then show a grey box. You can paste a list of lines like Lawn suit, 4500 or Lawn suit - Rs 4,500 to add many products at once, and drag products into the order you want.
Does it work with Urdu product names?
Yes. Urdu names, notes and titles are written in Nastaliq, and English and Urdu can be mixed. Characters outside Urdu and the usual English letters, numbers and punctuation are not supported, and emoji are rejected.
Which page size should I choose?
A4 portrait is right if customers will print it or open it on a computer. Phone size is 1080 × 1350, a 4:5 page that fills a phone screen without zooming, which suits WhatsApp and Instagram.
How big is the PDF?
The size is shown when it is ready. Photos are reduced on your phone or computer to about 1000 pixels before they are sent, so a catalogue of 40 products usually comes out between 1 and 5 MB. Sharp, detailed photos make it bigger.
Are my photos saved?
No. The photos and details are sent once to make the PDF, used in memory and not stored. Location and camera details are removed from the photos. Your store name, contact and title are remembered on your own device, not on our server. Each connection can make 10 catalogues in 10 minutes.
Does it add a watermark or a link?
No watermark and no links. The phone number or handle you type is shown as plain text on the cover and at the top of each page.
