Is this an FBR invoice?
No. This makes a plain invoice or order slip for your customer. It is not connected to the FBR system and has no FBR invoice number or QR code. Some retailers, such as large chains and shops that meet FBR’s size and electricity-bill limits, must issue invoices through an FBR-integrated system, set up with FBR and its technical partner PRAL. If that may apply to you, ask your tax advisor. The sales tax line here is only a plain percentage you can fill in.
How do I save it as a PDF?
Press Print or save as PDF, then choose Save as PDF as the printer in the window that opens. On a phone, the share or print menu has the same option. Keep the paper size the same as the one you picked here, or the layout may shift.
Which paper should I pick?
A4 is for an invoice you send to a customer or keep for your records. A6 and 4 × 6 inch are for parcel slips: print one and stick it on the parcel or put it inside. A slip has room for a few items, so use A4 for a long order.
What goes on a parcel slip?
Order number, date, customer name, phone and full address with city, the items with quantity and price, delivery charge, discount (in rupees, or a percentage such as 10%), and the cash to collect. Add your shop name, phone and Instagram so the customer knows who to call. Your courier prints its own booking slip with a tracking number, so this slip goes next to it, not in its place.
Can I tell the customer to check the parcel before paying?
Only if you allow it. Many couriers do not let the customer open a cash on delivery parcel before paying, and a few sellers offer it as their own policy. If you do, write it in the note box. We do not add it for you.
Does it work with Urdu?
Yes. Item names, addresses and notes can be in Urdu, English or both, and each line follows its own direction. If Urdu looks wrong in the PDF, the font on your device may be missing, so try another browser.
What does this tool save?
Only your shop name, phone, Instagram, address and logo kept in this browser, plus the next invoice number if you tick the box to count it up. Customer details and items are never saved, and nothing is sent to us. Press Forget my details to clear it.
