CSV to VCF converter

Upload the file or paste the rows from Excel or Google Sheets. Check that the name and phone columns are right, then press Download VCF. The file is made in your browser. CSV, TSV and .xlsx files work. For an old .xls file or a Google Sheet, save it as .xlsx or CSV first.

WhatsApp delivers a broadcast message only to people who have your number saved in their phone’s address book. Anyone who has not saved your number does not get it. On your side, you build a broadcast list by picking people from your own contacts, so customers must be saved on your phone before you can add them. This tool helps with the second part. The first part depends on your customers saving your number, so ask them to save it when they order, for example with a line on the parcel slip.

Send the file to your phone or download it there and open it. Choose Contacts when asked, then pick the account to save to and confirm. If that does not work, open the Contacts app, go to Settings, choose Import, pick the VCF file and select the file. The exact menu names change a little between phones.

Open the file from Files, Mail, or the chat you received it in, then tap Add All Contacts. Contacts are saved to the account your iPhone uses for new contacts, such as iCloud. If it fails with a very large file, split it into smaller files and import them one at a time.

Yes. The file is saved as UTF-8 vCard 3.0, which is the version that Android and iPhone both read, and Urdu names are kept as typed. Names can be mixed with English.

03xx-xxxxxxx, 3xxxxxxxxx, 0092 3xx xxxxxxx, 92 3xx xxxxxxx and +92 3xx xxxxxxx all become +923xxxxxxxxx. Landline numbers get +92 too, so 042 1234567 becomes +92421234567, and are marked, since WhatsApp needs a mobile number. Urdu digits are read as well. If your sheet has a second phone column, pick it under Second phone column and both numbers are saved on the contact. If a cell has two numbers, such as 0300 1234567 / 0321 7654321, both are saved on the same contact. Numbers with too few or too many digits, or from another country, are listed with the reason and left out of the file. Press Copy left-out rows to paste those rows, with the reason, into your sheet and fix them.

If the same number appears more than once, only the first row is saved. A name, city or email missing from the first row is filled in from the later one.

Yes. Type a prefix such as Cust, or a suffix such as Eid 2026, and every contact is saved as Cust Ayesha or Ayesha Eid 2026. They then sit together in your phone book, and you can find them by typing the label.

Yes. Enter how many contacts you want in each file, for example 250. You get a ZIP with the parts, and each part can also be downloaded on its own.

Yes. Switch to VCF to CSV at the top, upload the file and download a CSV with the name, phone, other phones, email and city of each contact. It opens in Excel and Google Sheets, with Urdu names intact.

No. The file is read and converted in your browser, and nothing is sent to our servers or stored. Close the tab and it is gone.
