Questions

How much do Facebook ads cost in Pakistan per day?

Meta lets you start from about $1 a day for reach campaigns, and recommends around $5 a day to test sales, according to Shopify’s 2025 cost guide. At roughly Rs 280 to the dollar that is Rs 280 to Rs 1,400 a day. Siffar, a Pakistani agency, says Rs 250 is the least you can run, but Rs 1,000 or more a day is needed to learn anything. Most small sellers testing a product spend Rs 1,000 to Rs 3,000 a day. One order can cost Rs 1,500 or more to win, so a very small budget may bring no orders for days.

How much do Facebook ads cost in Pakistan per month?

Daily budget times 30. Rs 1,000 a day is Rs 30,000 a month and Rs 3,000 a day is Rs 90,000. Card charges come on top, and the calculator shows the total with tax. A bigger month does not mean more profit. What matters is whether each order earns more than it cost to win, which is what break-even ROAS tells you.

What is the CPM for Facebook ads in Pakistan?

Sources that publish Pakistan figures put Facebook CPM at $0.80 to $1.50 (Adligator, March 2026) and the Meta average at $2.20 (Adamigo, September 2026). A Pakistani agency blog says Rs 280 to Rs 1,100. We start at Rs 500. Pakistan is among the cheapest markets, and the world average is $16.06 (Shopify, November 2025). Your own CPM depends on your audience and season, so use the number in your Ads Manager.

What is a good CPC and CTR for Pakistani sellers?

CPC follows from CPM and CTR. At Rs 500 CPM and 1.5% CTR it is about Rs 33. Adamigo lists $0.19 a click for Pakistan, about Rs 53. Some agency blogs quote Rs 140 to Rs 422 a click, which would need a very low CTR. Triple Whale’s 2025 data shows 2.19% CTR across its accounts, mostly outside Pakistan.

What changes how much Facebook ads cost?

Your audience and placement, how good the ad and video are, the season (Eid, Ramadan and sale days cost more), how long the ad has run, how often the same people see it, and the goal you choose, such as sales, traffic or messages. Shopify’s guide lists the same factors. A weak ad can cost far more per click than a strong one for the same audience.

What is ROAS and what is break-even ROAS?

ROAS is the sales you got for each rupee of ads. Rs 3,000 of sales from Rs 1,000 of ads is 3x. Break-even ROAS is the number you need just to cover product, courier, returns, tax and ads. Below it you lose money, however good the sales look. It is always above 1x, and higher still when many parcels come back. Ads Manager counts ROAS on orders placed, so the calculator does the same.

How do returns change the result?

A parcel that comes back earns nothing, but the ad that won it was already paid for, and many couriers bill you for the trip back. At 25% returns, one order in four brings no revenue, so your cost per delivered order is a third higher than your cost per order. The table under the results shows the return rate where you stop making money.

What is the tax held on cash on delivery parcels?

Since the Finance Act 2025, couriers hold sales tax of 2% and income tax of 2% (4% for non-active taxpayers) from the cash they collect, per KPMG Taseer Hadi’s brief of the Finance Act 2026. The calculator counts it as a cost on delivered parcels. Whether it is final or adjustable against your own tax depends on your case, so it is shown as a cost to be safe. The sales tax calculator lists the sources.

What extra tax do I pay when I pay Meta by card?

Paying a foreign company by card triggers advance tax under section 236Y. KPMG’s Finance Act 2026 brief says it fell from 5% to 0.5%, and its rate table lists 0.5 and 1. It is adjustable, which means you can claim it against your own tax. A 5% digital presence levy on foreign platforms was withdrawn in July 2025, so it is not counted. We could not confirm any FED or sales tax on Meta ads, or what your bank charges to convert dollars, so the Other card charges box is blank. Add what you see on your card statement.
