What commission does Daraz charge?
It depends on the category and changes over time, so this tool asks you for it. Find your rate in Daraz Seller Center and enter it. The same goes for the payment fee and any other charges on your statement.
Does this include returns?
Yes. Enter the share of orders that come back and what a returned order costs you in shipping, packaging and fees.
What does the comparison with my own store show?
It takes the same sale without the marketplace commission and fees, with only your own courier and packaging costs, so you can see roughly what the commission is costing you. It is an estimate, as a store of your own also has to find its own customers.
