Delivery zone map

Drop a pin on your shop and draw up to four delivery rings, like 3, 7 and 15 km. Give each ring a charge and a delivery time, check any customer address, then copy the charges as text or save a card for your WhatsApp status and Instagram.

Or tap the map to drop your pin. Drag the pin to fine-tune it.

1 means off. Roads are usually 20–40% longer than a straight line in a city. Above 1, the rings shrink so each ring matches the road distance.

      Check an address

Type an address, paste a Google Maps link or enter coordinates.

A straight line is the shortest distance. The road is usually longer, often by 20–40% in cities. Use the multiplier on the left to count for that.

        • Tap the map or drag the pin to move your shop. The rings follow it.
        • Save the card and post it on your WhatsApp status or Instagram story so customers know what delivery costs before they ask.
        • Addresses are searched only when you press Check. Nothing is sent while you type.

Delivery sorted. Now take the orders.

        Questions

How do I make a delivery radius map for my shop?

Search for your shop or tap the map to place the pin. Then enter the distance, charge and delivery time for each ring. The rings are drawn around the pin and the legend shows each zone. Save the card to post it.

How do I set delivery charges by distance?

Start with your real cost. Check what a rider or courier costs for the nearest, middle and farthest customers you want, then set one charge for each ring. Three or four rings are easier for customers to follow than a different price for every kilometre.

Is the straight-line distance the same as the road distance?

No. The road is longer than a straight line, often by 20–40% in cities. Use the multiplier setting, for example 1.3, and the tool counts each address as 1.3 times its straight-line distance. The rings shrink to match.

How do I check if an address is inside my delivery area?

Type the address and city, paste a Google Maps link or enter coordinates under Check an address, then press Check. You see the distance, the zone and the charge. If the address is outside every ring, it says so.

Can I share the delivery areas on WhatsApp?

Yes. Copy as text gives one message with each charge and time. Save card makes a picture in 1080 by 1350 for posts or 1080 by 1920 for status and stories, with the map, the rings and a list of charges. The shop name can be in Urdu.

        Does it use Google Maps?

The map and the card come from OpenStreetMap, so there is no key or sign-up. You can still paste a Google Maps link to place the shop or an address. Short maps.app.goo.gl links need to be opened first, then copied in full.
