How do I crop an image into a circle?
Add your photo, then drag it so the part you want is inside the circle. Zoom with the slider, or pinch on a phone. Press download and you get a round picture with a see-through background.
How do I crop an image in a circle with a border?
Switch on Border ring, then pick a colour and a width. The ring is drawn inside the edge of the circle, so the picture stays the size you chose. A soft shadow is also available.
Can I save the circle with a transparent background?
Yes. PNG keeps the corners see-through, so the circle sits cleanly on any colour. JPG cannot be see-through, so choose a background colour for it. White is the default.
What size should a WhatsApp or Instagram profile picture be?
Both apps show a profile photo as a circle, so keep the face in the middle. Use the WhatsApp DP or Instagram profile size and the tool sets 1,000×1,000 px for you. A square picture is fine to upload, because the app does the rounding.
How do I make a round logo for WhatsApp Business?
Turn on Logo on a colour. Your logo is placed in the middle of a coloured circle with even space all round, so nothing is cut off when WhatsApp rounds it.
