How do I choose a good shop name?
Keep it to one or two words that are easy to say and easy to spell. Test it on WhatsApp: read it out in a voice note and see if a friend can type it correctly. Avoid odd spellings, and avoid a name so narrow that you cannot add new products later.
Why are the names in Roman Urdu and not Urdu script?
Store addresses use English letters, and customers type your name on WhatsApp and Instagram in English letters too. Pick one spelling, for example Libaas or Libas, and use it everywhere so it always looks the same.
What does “is free” mean?
It means the address yourbrand.storelala.com is not taken by another store. It does not check Instagram, Facebook, a .com address or trademarks, so look those up yourself before you print a logo or a box.
How do I check if a name is already used?
Search the name on Instagram and Facebook, and Google it in quotes with the word Pakistan. You can also use the trademark search on the Intellectual Property Organization of Pakistan website, ipo.gov.pk, under Trademark. It searches by keyword and can miss similar spellings. This is not legal advice. If you plan to grow a brand, ask a trademark lawyer.
Can I use a name close to a famous brand?
Do not. Names that match or sit very close to well-known Pakistani labels cause trouble with customers and can lead to takedowns. We leave those out of the ideas, and Storelala does not open addresses that use them.
What do good Pakistani boutique names have in common?
Look at how well-known labels are named. Many use a founder’s name, one simple word, or the name of a cloth or craft. They are short and sound clear when spoken. Copy that approach, not their names.
Why is a name I like marked taken?

You can change your store name in your settings. Choose the address with care, because it goes on your packaging and posts.
