What the customer sees

It is typed in the customer’s chat box. They tap send.

  • Instagram: paste it in your bio’s website field, or in a story link sticker.
  • Facebook: use it as your page’s Send message or Shop now button link, or in a post’s first comment.
  • Ads: use it as the website address, so a tap opens the chat.

    Questions

How do I write my number?

Any way you normally do: 0300 1234567, +92 300 1234567 or 923001234567. The tool turns it into the international format WhatsApp needs.

Does it work with WhatsApp Business?

Yes. A WhatsApp link opens a chat with whichever WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business account holds that number. If your message has an emoji, the link uses the api.whatsapp.com form so the emoji arrives intact.

Where can I use the link?

In your Instagram bio, Facebook page buttons and posts, ad destinations, story links, a QR code generator, or a button on any website.

    Is anything sent to Storelala?

No. The link and the QR code are made in your browser from what you type. Your number and message are saved on this phone or computer so they are there next time.
