Questions

What size is a letterhead?

A4 (210 × 297 mm) is the standard in Pakistan. US Letter (215.9 × 279.4 mm) is also available. The page is made at the exact size, so print at 100% and not Fit to page.

How do I use the header and footer in Word?

Download the header and footer images. In Word, double click the top of a page, choose Pictures, add the header image and set Wrap Text to In Line with Text. Do the same in the footer. In Google Docs, use Insert, Header, then Insert, Image.

Can I put Urdu in my letterhead?

Yes. The shop name, address and footer line accept Urdu and are drawn in Nastaliq. Phone, email and website stay left to right.

Where does the NTN go?

In the footer, as NTN followed by your number. Leave it blank if you do not have one, and the footer is left off unless you add a footer line.

What resolution are the images?

300 dpi, at the full width of the page, which is 2,480 pixels for A4 and 2,550 pixels for Letter. They stay sharp when printed.

Is my logo uploaded?

No. Everything is made in your browser. Your details are kept on this device so they are there next time, and the logo is never saved.
