What size should a gift voucher be?
A visiting card size of 89 × 51 mm is the most practical: it fits a wallet and 10 print on one A4 sheet. A larger 148 × 85 mm voucher, six to an A4 sheet, suits a gift box. Choose either under Voucher size.
What should I write on a gift voucher?
The amount in Rs or the gift, a code, the date it is valid until, your shop name and a line or two of terms, such as valid in store and online and not exchangeable for cash. Add your phone number or Instagram in the terms if you like.
How do I make many vouchers with different codes?
Set How many vouchers to the number you need, up to 200. Each voucher gets a unique code, without the letters O and I or the digits 0 and 1, so it is easy to read out over the phone. Print the sheets and download the codes as a CSV with a Redeemed on column.
Can I make a gift voucher template in Urdu?
Yes. Type the heading, the gift, the terms or your shop name in Urdu and it is set in Nastaliq. Amounts are shown as Rs with commas from 1,000.
How do I print the vouchers or send one on WhatsApp?
Choose Print or save the sheet and print at 100%, not Fit to page. Cut along the corner marks. To send one on WhatsApp, choose PNG for WhatsApp, which saves one voucher as an image.
