Is it really free? Do I need to sign up?
It is free and there is no sign-up and no watermark. To keep it fast for everyone, each connection can do 20 photos every 10 minutes. If the tool is busy, wait a few seconds and try again.
What quality do I get?
The transparent PNG keeps your photo’s own size, up to 4000 pixels on the longest side. Bigger photos are shrunk to that first. The white-background JPG is up to 2000 pixels square (2400 if you choose a tight crop), which is enough for Daraz and Instagram. For comparison, the free download on remove.bg is a small preview of about 0.25 megapixels, and full size needs paid credits.
How do I make a photo for Daraz?
Choose White background and Square. Daraz sellers are generally asked for a white main image, square, around 1000 pixels or more, with the product filling most of the frame. This gives you that. Rules can change, so check the image guide in your Seller Center.
Are my photos saved?
No. Your photo is sent to our server, processed in memory and sent back. It is not written to disk and nothing is kept after the result reaches you.
Which photos work best?
A clear product on a plain or simple background, in good light, with the whole product inside the picture. Glass, very thin straps and fine hair are harder, so zoom in on the result before you use it. Photos can be JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 12 MB. Larger phone photos are shrunk in your browser before they are sent.
Why does it sometimes say it is busy?
Removing a background takes real computing power and this tool is free, so only a few photos can be processed at the same moment. It waits a few seconds and retries by itself. If it still fails, try again in a minute.
